The European Union (EU) has approved the 10th sanctions package against Russia on the anniversary of the Ukraine invasion. EU officials said the terms of this ban would complicate Russia's financing of the war and reduce the supply of technology equipment and other equipment to the country.
The ban was announced by the Swedish EU Council Presidency in Brussels on Friday evening. "All EU member states have combined to impose the strongest and most far-reaching sanctions so Ukraine can win the war," the tweet later said. The EU stands with Ukraine and the people of Ukraine. We will cooperate with Ukraine as long as it takes.
This ban also lists the names of Russian "propagandists" who have blamed Ukraine for the forced entry of Ukrainian children into Russia. And at the same time those involved in the construction of Iranian drones deployed in Ukraine are also listed. Source: Al Jazeera
