2 killed in Russian attack on Zaporizhia: Ukraine

 


At least two people were killed in a Russian attack on an apartment building in the much-discussed Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia.


Acting mayor of the city, Anatly Kurtev, said this on social media on Thursday.


He also said that the five-storey building was almost completely destroyed in last night's attack.


Incidentally, on February 24 of last year, Ukraine fell under the influence of Russian aggression. Moscow has stepped up attacks to mark the anniversary of the war.
