Russia is giving warplanes to Iran

 


Ukraine war adds new dimension to Iran-Russia relationship. This time, Moscow will help Tehran with advanced warplanes.


The White House reported this information on Friday. The United States also said that Russia is preparing to send billions of dollars worth of weapons to Iran. News from Anadolu.

 

US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said that in addition to fighter jets, Tehran has asked the Kremlin for attack helicopters, radars, and Yak-130 training aircr

In return, various weapons and drones made in Iran will be given to Russia. John Kirby gave this information to reporters at the White House briefing.


He also said that Washington is monitoring the issue very closely. Iran has previously supplied Russia with military drones, which are being used in the war in Ukrain


However, Tehran denies this. Although these drones were given to Russia last November, Iran says they were given to Moscow long before the February 24, 2020 special military operatio


But Ukraine and its Western allies claim that Kiev shot down numerous Iranian-made suicide drones, Shahed and Quds Force-6.n.e..

2 killed in Russian attack on Zaporizhia: Ukraine

  At least two people were killed in a Russian attack on an apartment building in the much-discussed Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia.
