Now the Israeli minister wants to wipe out Hawara village

Just three days ago, illegal Israeli settlers destroyed Hawara village in Nablus, West Bank, Palestine. After shooting dead two Israelis, they vandalized and set fire to Palestinian homes, cars and shops. There is currently tension in Hawara village regarding this. Meanwhile, Israel's far-right finance minister, Bezalel Smorich, told a local Israeli media outlet, "I think Hawara village should be wiped out." I think Israel should do it.'

Besides being the Minister of Finance, Bezalel is also in charge of the civil administration of the occupied West Bank.

However, their biggest ally, the United States, has strongly criticized the comments of the extremist Israeli minister. US State Department spokesman Ned Price told reporters on Wednesday (February 1) that Bazalel Smorich's comments were malicious. He called on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to publicly condemn such comments.

In this regard, Ned Price said, "This comment is irresponsible. They are hateful. They are disgusting.'

He added, "Just as we condemn the incitement of the Palestinians, we also condemn such speech, which amounts to incitement."

A Palestinian was killed in an attack by Israeli illegal settlers in Hawara. On that day, with the indirect support of the army, they set fire to houses and cars and beat Palestinians. A week before this, Israeli soldiers shot and killed 11 Palestinians in Nablus.

Although hundreds of Israeli criminals participated in the Hawara village that day, only 8 people have been arrested so far. But there is considerable doubt whether they will have any justice.

Meanwhile, despite condemning the comments of the Israeli minister, the United States provides the most support to radical Zionists. According to Amnesty International, Americans give Israel about $4 billion a year in aid.
